3/6/2022 HELLO WELCOME! Back on my blog, fresh from vacation & new opportunities. Since last year and mostly throughout the pandemic I’ve been thinking a lot about my online presence. I hate the structure of Instagram, I would only make videos for YouTube, and even then that’s too big of a commitment. I’ve been slowly phasing out of my Instagram account as it’s the only other social media I have now. I have so many thoughts but mostly that likes/views impact my self esteem and validation. I’m done. I’ve decided I don’t even really care about other people’s stories and feeds. I’m judging the way content is created. Not sure where to go once I delete or what being an artist off of Instagram is like. Or even starting from scratch. Who the fuck knows. I think it’s a lot for my 2022 mind to process. So anyways. You, random internet stranger. My mind is lately about dreams, so this my *dream* self, it’s not very accurate but it’s practical. She has shorter hair and good posture, probably doesn’t stress out as much and drives a vintage Volvo. I’m using procreate to explore dreams or unrealistic desires. It’s funny how life works out.

2/17/2022 little digital WIP! Working on an “about me” series because personalizing my art has been really fun and therapeutic. I’m a ‘favorites’ type of person. I can’t help it. Anyways I plan on adding other illustrations like favorite fruits, music, and places. Yay for Procreate!

2/14/2022 Had the pleasure of taking my first risograph class at Nova Community Arts in Atwater Village earlier this month. The owners were very sweet and inspired me to make my first clown piece. I made this for a special someone who loves Tim Curry. Happy Valentines Day, suckers. I hope you spend it with someone you love!
